Booking and Payment Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
By submitting this booking form, you are requesting to reserve the Ace Resto Function Hall for your specified event date and time.
Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received and verified by our team.
2. Payment via GCash
All bookings require payment through GCash. You will be redirected to the GCash payment page after submitting this form.
Please ensure you have the correct GCash account details and sufficient balance before proceeding.
3. Non-Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT: Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made via GCash,
the booking cannot be canceled or refunded. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fair allocation of our venue.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of plans, weather conditions, or personal emergencies.
- Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and approval by management.
- Any request for changes must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
4. Event Date and Time
Please ensure that your selected date and time are correct before submitting your booking.
We are not responsible for errors in date or time selection made by the customer.
5. Venue Usage
The venue must be used in accordance with our rules and regulations. Any damage to property or violation of venue policies
may result in additional charges or forfeiture of your booking without refund.
6. Liability
Ace Resto is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your event.
Customers are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any incidents that occur during the event.
7. Agreement
By checking the agreement box and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
